Eligibility
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student for a minimum of six (6) hours during the 2025-2026 school year
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 cumulative (on a 4.0 scale)
- Must be nominated by an AHEAD in Texas member (each AHEAD in Texas member may nominate one [1] undergraduate and one [1] graduate student each year)
Criteria for Award
Award decisions are based on the following selection criteria:
- Leadership and services
- Academic achievement
- Well-articulated goals
Requirements
All of the following must be submitted for consideration:
- Completed application
- Transcripts of all college/university course work (unofficial copies will be accepted)
- Nomination from a current AHEAD in Texas member

Your completed application must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Friday, May 17, 2024.
