    Registration fees include all materials, refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch throughout the conference. Travel expenses, hotel rooms and parking, AHEAD in Texas membership dues, and additional meals are not included in the registration fees. Once your registration form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice from the treasurer of AHEAD in Texas with an invoice and payment instructions. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation prior to February 28, 2023. Beginning February 1, 2023, cancellation requests can be approved and the registrant will receive a refund equal to 50% of the appropriate registration fees. We regret that no refunds can be issued after March 1, 2023, for any reason; however, registration can be transferred to another attendee from the same institution. Refunds for no shows will not be granted. If the conference has to be cancelled or postponed, full refunds will be offered regardless of timing.
