Program Summary

When students will be automatically accepted to your school due to open enrollment, how do you determine what it means to be otherwise qualified? In addition, how do you address this with families and students? In this program we’ll discuss some ideas and strategies and participants are encouraged to bring their ideas and experiences as well.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Participants will understand their options for when to address the issue of students being otherwise qualified.
  2. Participants will have strategies for how to address when a student might not be otherwise qualified for a program.
